LncR2metasta

Welcome to LncR2metasta

LncR2metasta, a manually curated database, aims at providing a comprehensive resource of lncRNA deregulation in various cancer metastatic events, abbreviated as CMEs, such as cancer cell invasion, intravasation, extravasation, proliferation and so on, which may cooperatively facilitate malignant tumor spread and lead to massive patient deaths. It documents 1238 associations between 304 lncRNAs and 39 CMEs across 54 human cancer subtypes. We believe that LncR2metasta will act as a useful platform for elaborately understanding lncRNA functions in metastasis.
